B&B New Heaven Flaminio is placed in an exclusive apartment on the ground floor. The Hall is made up of a reception, from which you can connect to internet and a breakfast corner (for who doesn't want to make it inside the room). There is also a cabinet in which you can find towels, bath carpets and everything helpful for your stay. Going on, a corridor separes the 3 rooms, each one with private ensuite bathroom. The rooms are essentialy identic in fortinures and style, simply and essential but cured in every particular.
The principal colours are red and black with a background of beige. The floor is made up of wood, really wam and comfortable.The double is made of black iron while mattress is hortopaedic in lattex for an excellent sleep.
A cabinet under the window, allows you to order all your dresses.
For clima, in winter, there is a oil stove very pratic and powerful, in summer there is mentre mesi estivi, un dehumidifier, even if, it's never much cold or hot inside the rooms.
Every room is provided with Tv, home theater for listening to music and coloured blue lights, candles and scents and incense which make a relaxing and magic ambient.
Bathroom has a very researched design and it is provided with shower, washbasin with large mirror  and wc. The bathroom supply is made up of: 4 big towels a day, shampoo, soap, phon, cleanex, toilet paper, 2 bath carpets.

Everything has been studied in every particular because we believe that an holiday means above all relax and the starting point is just the B&B room.
